TermsofEngagement.

The short version: you own what we build for you, we quote before we start, and we fix what we break.

01Using this site

This website is provided for information. Content, case studies and figures shown here describe past work and are not a guarantee of any particular result for your project.

You may not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without written permission.

02Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. A quote covers the scope written in the proposal document; work outside that scope is agreed as a variation before it starts.

Fixed-price work is billed against milestones. Retainer and sprint-based work is billed monthly in arrears unless the agreement says otherwise.

03Intellectual property

On final payment, you own the source code, design files, cloud accounts and domains created for your project outright.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tooling, internal libraries and general know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use any of it that is embedded in your deliverables.

Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work publicly as a case study.

04Your responsibilities

Timelines assume reasonably prompt feedback, content and access. Where approvals stall, dates move by the same period.

You warrant that any content, data or assets you supply are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

05Warranty and support

We warrant that delivered work will materially conform to the agreed specification for 60 days after launch, and will fix defects in that window at no cost.

The warranty does not cover changes made by third parties, failures in services we do not control, or new feature requests.

06Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
